FRAKnoise is the artist and synth-design persona of A//ard Krijger, who develops experimental electronic instruments such as the Melancholytron, a book-and-synthesizer combination created with collaborators Joran Jessurun and Edwin van den Oetelaar to explore sample-based, expressly melancholic sounds that align with illustrated stories.
