Morphor

Morphor is a Ghent-based collective of engineers, musicians, and artists passionate about creative sound experiences and radical acoustic ideas. Launched in 2022 with the successful Kickstarter campaign for their first fully analog string synthesis module, the AP-1 Analogue Plectrum, the team has since designed and released a variety of high-quality analog synthesizer modules, including utility tools and complex BBD-based effects like the Ensemble chorus and Echo delay. Most members work for their parent engineering company ENT Studios, enabling in-house production and R&D in electronics and acoustics. Morphor has expanded beyond Eurorack with the ECHON 6, the world's first 6-voice polyphonic synthesizer built around analog BBD resonators, blending experimental sound design with classic polyphony.
