The Human Comparator is a Swedish manufacturer of hardware synthesizers known among musicians for its faithful recreations of classic designs. Jon Nensén leads the company, producing instruments like the TTSH, a semi-modular analog synthesizer modeled after the ARP 2600, and licensed versions of the iconic Serge modular system from 1973. It has also released unique offerings such as the portable patchable Recursive Machine and a Ten Band Vocoder in 4U format, with the brand later evolving into Nensén Electronics.
