Kick Source Code is Music Tribe’s published development source for the Behringer Kick prototype. It covers the touchscreen application, audio engine, hardware communication protocol and Linux system image behind its pad-based sampling workflow, with sample editing, step sequencing, looping and effects described in the project. The Music Tribe application and libraries are licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later. The published source requires additional build dependencies and a cross-compilation SDK; factory audio content and some other assets are excluded. It is intended for developers working with the Kick prototype.
