Inspired by the Yamaha CS-80 that defined lush, cinematic synth sounds in the late '70s, this module captures that vintage magic in a compact, modern package perfect for desktops or racks.

Each of its 8 voices features two independent layers with VCOs offering sine, sawtooth, and pulse waveforms—complete with pulse width modulation and a noise generator for rich tonal blending. Dual 12dB/octave lowpass and highpass filters with resonance pair with separate ADSR envelopes for filter and amplitude, plus a versatile LFO with five waveforms to modulate pitch, filter, and more. Hands-on faders control tuning, detune for fat chorusing effects, and performance parameters like polyphonic aftertouch sensitivity, ribbon-style pitch bend, glide, and master sustain—enhanced with MPE support for expressive control. It outputs via stereo 1/4" TRS and headphone jack, with USB/DIN MIDI I/O, 256 presets via OLED display, and a thin 19" 4U chassis (18.1" x 7" x 2", 2.35kg) including wooden side panels and rack ears.
