Boom Chick Pure Analog Drum Machine

AnalogPolyphonic

Pittsburgh Modular Synthesizers crafted the five analog drum voices at the core of this machine, delivering raw, punchy tones that feel alive and cut straight through any mix—from deep kicks to shimmering hats.

Its knob-per-function layout puts every parameter right at your fingertips, with no menus to slow you down: shape the kick's sine oscillator with pitch mod and overdrive, blend tone and noise in the snare, tweak variable waveshapes plus FM-inspired elements on drums 1 and 2 for toms or claps, and dial in crisp metallic hats via a custom noise matrix. The 6-track, 64-step sequencer shines with step and live recording modes, Euclidean and algorithmic generators, plus effects like chance, humanize, swing, and tap tempo for endless rhythmic fun. Measuring just 8.1" x 5.4" x 2.4" and weighing under 2 lbs, it's a portable desktop unit that doubles as a 40HP Eurorack module, complete with individual triggers and outputs, clock/reset I/O, 3.5mm TRS MIDI, mono line out, and headphone jack.

Early users love its immediate, tactile workflow and the fresh analog character that stands out in both studio sketches and live sets, though some note the sequencer takes a session or two to unlock its full depth.
