Monomachine SFX-60

Six sequencer tracks can each take on a different digital personality, from SID-style tones and FM to virtual analog, vocal and wavetable sounds. The original desktop Monomachine SFX-60 shares the SFX-6 keyboard model’s synthesis platform in a smaller enclosure with eight parameter encoders and 16 trig buttons.

Patterns hold up to 64 steps, with parameter locks for changing sounds as a sequence runs. Six additional MIDI tracks sequence external instruments. The sound engine offers six voices, with three LFOs per track and a poly mode for playing one sound across the available voices. Filters, delay and other effects support further shaping.

Two audio inputs let external signals enter the processing path, while six audio outputs, stereo headphones and MIDI In, Out and Thru integrate the desktop unit into a hardware setup. This is the original SFX-60, rather than the later MkII with user waveform loading.
