Pieper Sine Wave Generator

EurorackAnalogMonophonic

$31.99

Born from a botched drum circuit experiment in a Berlin workshop back in 2015, this little module turned failure into a pure sine wave gem that's perfect for adding high-end sparkle to your patches.

At just 6HP, it packs a single analog oscillator tuned roughly from 786Hz to 3.4kHz, controlled by a straightforward knob for pitch and a push button to trigger the note. Battery-powered with a 9V internal cell, it slips easily into portable rigs, with one 3.5mm audio out, a headphone jack, and CV/Gate ports for modulation—plus a built-in LFO lurking for extra movement. Its simple, hackable design invites tinkering, fitting right into Gieskes' quirky lineup of experimental percussion and oddball oscillators.

Over the years, folks have praised its pristine tone for glassy leads and upper harmonics in ambient or glitch setups, though some note the fixed high range limits bass duties—still, at this size and price, it's a no-brainer entry to analog purity.
