At its core, each of the 60-voice polyphonic programs packs four digital oscillators—Classic analog models, wavetable, or waveshaper types—routed through dual redesigned filters like MS-20 or SEM styles, four loopable DAHDSR envelopes, five LFOs, and six mod processors, all topped with three per-layer effects from a massive palette including pre-FX like decimators and guitar amps, mod-FX choruses and phasers, plus master reverb and EQ. Hands-on control shines with dedicated front-panel knobs for oscillators, filters, and envelopes, four programmable Mod Knobs, an XY touchpad for Kaoss Physics (a gravity-simulating pad for real-time modulation), Layer Rotate for cycling full programs per key press, and Motion Sequencing 2.0 with multi-lane per-voice sequences that randomize steps or loop points via velocity and more. The 61-key velocity- and release-sensitive keyboard supports poly aftertouch, with MIDI 2.0, USB/SD ports, dual arps, sequencer, and mod matrix in a compact 22 x 13 x 4-inch metal chassis weighing just 7.7 pounds—light enough for gigs, sturdy for the studio.
