The 16-step sequencer, borrowed from Korg's Electribe line, holds eight patterns in memory and packs Active Step to mute beats on the fly, Step Jump for instant pattern glitches, and a stutter effect that records knob movements for wild live tweaks. Measuring just 193 x 115 x 45 mm and weighing 372 g, it runs on batteries with a built-in speaker, plus 3.5mm sync in/out, MIDI TRS in, stereo mini out, and headphones jack for chaining with other Volcas or your DAW.
