A built-in DX7-style FM engine makes this 37-key keyboard a portable instrument as well as a MIDI controller. Its sound engine offers 32 algorithms, adjustable feedback, mono or polyphonic operation and four banks of presets that can receive custom sounds through USB MIDI. A low-pass filter, distortion, reverb and delay provide on-device sound shaping.
The 37 velocity-sensitive keys are joined by 16 RGB pads with velocity and aftertouch, eight endless encoders, four bank-switchable faders, and pitch and modulation wheels. An arpeggiator, note repeat, scale and chord functions support performance, while the sequencer records in steps or real time with up to 64 steps and eight saved patterns. A 1.54-inch display shows settings and sequence edits.
USB-C supports MIDI, audio recording and playback, and charging. Bluetooth provides wireless MIDI and audio playback, with a separate 3.5 mm MIDI output for external hardware. A shared 3.5 mm audio and headphone output and a quarter-inch sustain or expression pedal input complete the connections. The 2,000 mAh battery is rated for up to ten hours; the keyboard measures 458 x 181 x 50 mm and weighs 1.1 kg.
