Born from the iconic Minimoog Model D lineage, this compact powerhouse squeezes a lifetime of Moog analog magic into a desktop module that's ready to growl on your shelf or in your rack.
At its heart, two ultra-stable analog oscillators deliver continuously variable waveforms from triangle to saw, square, and narrow pulse, with octave switching, fine tune, hard sync between osc 1 and 2, glide, and a mixer that folds in sub oscillator, noise, and external audio input for processing other gear. The legendary 24dB/octave Moog ladder low-pass filter shapes tones with cutoff, resonance, keyboard and envelope amounts, plus overload for extra bite, feeding into a voltage-controlled amp driven by dedicated ADSR envelopes for filter and volume. Modulation comes alive via a versatile LFO with triangle, square, saw, ramp waves—or filter envelope, sample & hold, osc 2, or noise—routable to pitch, osc 2, filter, or wave, all tweakable with a mod wheel. Hands-on front-panel knobs make programming intuitive, while the back offers MIDI In/Out/Thru, USB, CV/gate ins for pitch/filter/volume/keyboard gate, mono audio in, stereo out, and headphones.
Players love its fat, immediate Moog sound for leads and basses that cut through mixes, praising the build quality and CV integration for modular rigs, though some note the monophonic limit keeps it focused rather than versatile for chords.
