Euclidean rhythms and hands-on step programming combine in a portable, eight-track percussion machine. Announced in 2026, Clave by Oficina de Sonido remains a prototype, with sample-based drum sounds and sequences from 1 to 16 steps.
Each channel offers pitch and level controls, while a resonant low-pass filter and built-in effects shape the mix. Presets and drum kits are stored internally, and a browser-based app handles firmware updates, preset backup and restore, and sample-kit uploads.
Two USB-C ports provide power and data connectivity, including USB MIDI clock input and output. Dedicated clock input and output jacks synchronize other hardware, and a 3.5 mm stereo jack carries audio. The listed weight and dimensions are preliminary and may change in the final version.
