It's a mono audio input unit with stereo outputs for panning, powered by a simple 9-12V supply depending on the revision, and controlled via an intuitive top panel with four knobs that shift across six edit levels—accessed by a Mode button and lit LEDs—for tweaking cutoff, resonance, VCF envelope, VCA, LFO speed and shape (sine to sample & hold), and deep modulation from 15 sources like modwheel, aftertouch, or even the input signal's envelope. Two ADSR envelopes drive the VCF and VCA, with a built-in LFO, trigger input for vintage gate vibes, and full MIDI In/Out/Thru for note triggers, breath controller output from the audio envelope, and real-time control. Store 20 presets plus 20 user patches, and it even sends MIDI from audio triggers.
