GS Music was founded in 2014 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, after initial experimentation with MIDI led to the development of their first analog synthesizer prototype, Taurus, which evolved into the commercial Uranus model launched in 2016. The company progressed with the Apollo I in 2018, featuring preset memory, extensive MIDI control, temperature-compensated oscillators, and auto-tuning, followed by the Apollo in 2020 with CV inputs and digital effects. In parallel, development of the Zeus prototype from 2019 resulted in the GS-e7 polyphonic 7-voice multitimbral analog synthesizer released in 2021, alongside models like the Bree6.
