Its digital engine delivers three versatile drum voices for kicks, toms, or anything monophonic via subtractive or 2-op FM synthesis, plus dedicated subtractive clap/snare, FM percussion, and hi-hat channels—each with over 30 parameters like oscillator, transient generator, multimode state-variable filter, AD envelope, and assignable LFO for modulating pitch, decay, or drive. Voice volume faders sit front and center alongside a clear LCD display, data wheel, and dedicated knobs for real-time edits, while the 64-step sequencer spans seven tracks with variable lengths for polyrhythms, per-step automation on two parameters per voice, and performance tricks like manual rolls or mutes. Master effects include drive, ring mod, compressor, delay, and bitcrusher, routed flexibly to four assignable 1/4" outputs (stereo pairs or mono) or headphone jack; MIDI in/out/thru via DIN and USB, plus SD card storage for 64 projects with 64 kits and songs each, all in a rugged aluminum box measuring 9 x 5.7 x 2.8 inches at just 1.8 lbs.
